Add to blender/food processor in this order:
5-10 ice cubes
1/3 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 packets of stevia
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp peppermint extract (or to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c fat-free greek yogurt
2 big hand-fulls of spinach
1/4 avocado
couple mint sprigs (optional)
1 tbsp xagave nectar
Ghiardelli chocolate chip chunks
***Obviously you can make whatever changes you please. Most times, I guesstimate and make things to taste, so if you need to add more or less of things, do!!
