Oh Yes, It's Ladies Night

2Bit may just be the biggest supporter of a consistent girls' night, even if the only girls who show up are Bits themselves. Twas not the case this past Friday night. What a fabulous turn out!! Here's the reason why: when the working day is done; Girls just wanna have fun. Oh girls just wanna have fu-un. They just wanna eat desserts and Wisconsin cheese... they just wanna drink boxed wine... they just wanna play games.... they just wanna paint their nails..they just wanna giggle and chat....Ohh girls we just had so much fun!!

Everything you could want for a girls night… 

2Bit made a Low-carb pumpkin roll and Chocolate-heath ice-cream sandwiches. 

Kristen Taylor made the most amazing dessert cheese ball ever conceived: Pomegranate-Pear Cream-cheese Ball with vanilla wafers. 2Bit LOVES pomegranate.

These ice-cream sandwiches are so easy, it's stupid. Just make a chocolate cake mix the way you make a normal cake, but instead of pouring the batter in a cake pan, drop it by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Once they have cooked and cooled, simply place a generous scoop of heath ice cream in between (or whatever chunky flavor you prefer.. the more chunks the better... in more ways than one :)) Then put the sandwiches on a tray & back in the freezer until time to serve. You can also do chocolate chip cookies in place of cake.

These are the most ridiculous Oreo truffles, famously made by Kelsey King. And so pretty too, of course. This recipe may be posted in the future too.. That's why you gotta keep up with 2Bit. You won't be disappointed. 

What better snack to go with wine, than cheese & crackers?? Not just any cheese, mind you- Wisconsin Cheese.. Which makes sense...Alison Hoeksema is that classy kinda lady who brings sophisticated cheese. 

Wine of course!!! 2Bit loves red wine. Red, Red wiiine... Ashley Haggin brought 2Bit-Cara's favorite kind.. red zinfandel!! So dear to our heart... Ashley that is. Kelsey brought Ashley's new favorite, Chianti. And not shown in the picture, Kristen brought a lovely white wine. Oh, the classy boxed wine??- compliments of 2Bit.

What is a party without 2 individual Oreo packets? Probably the best item at the party... And such a snack to travel all the way from Indianapolis' Porter Paint Customers. Thanks J-betta!! (Jesse Clawson) 

This may have blessed 2Bit the most. Kristen brought this UK wine glass for me as a house warming gift. Go Cats!!
